The Jafurah field represents a demanding operating environment requiring dependable drilling infrastructure and disciplined project execution.
As part of the H&P drilling program, we contributed engineering and manufacturing capability to a 16,000 BBL mud system, and we worked across eight mud-tank system sites.
The program also included 2,000 BBL mud-system projects, which showed how we support different system configurations and project requirements within a broader drilling program.
Integrated Fabrication & Field-Ready Execution
Mud-tank system fabrication
We carried out fabrication supporting the mud-tank system configuration and the associated drilling-fluid storage requirements.
Structural assemblies
We manufactured the structural steel assemblies supporting the system, including platforms and associated access structures.
Piping integration
We integrated the piping and associated connections within the overall mud-system configuration.
Inspection & quality control
We ran inspection and quality control throughout fabrication and assembly, to hold conformity with project requirements and field-readiness.
Site delivery & execution
We prepared and delivered the completed fabricated components and assemblies for demanding drilling-site deployment.
