We select suppliers and subcontractors on the same standard we hold ourselves to, because bought-in work carries our name.
Environmental responsibility
We control coating, waste and containment practice in our fabrication yard, and we design containment berms into the units we build.
How We Control Quality, Step By Step
Our assurance comes from the controls we apply to the work itself. We apply each one below to the products it is stated for, and we retain the records it produces.
Material traceability
We record structural steel against the assembly it goes into, so any component traces back to its material.
Controlled welding procedures
We weld to set procedures with precision-welded joints and seams, not to operator preference.
Dimensional inspection
We run dimensional verification and weld quality checks on every assembly before it moves on.
Non-destructive testing
We apply non-destructive testing to critical joints, where a hidden defect would matter most.
Load testing
We load-test lifting units before delivery against the applicable standard for the variation supplied.
Documentation package
We issue a complete documentation and quality-control package with the delivery, not afterwards.
What We Send With The Equipment
We do not let a system leave the yard without its quality package. We retain the records after handover and reissue them on request during an engagement.

ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System
One quality management system governs everything we build and everything we maintain — tanks and offshore cargo units, cabins and containers, drilling rig refurbishment, structural fabrication and repair, surface protection, and design work on structures already in service. Our certificate sets out those activities as follows.
