We designed, fabricated and assembled a complete 6,000 BBL mud system for Arabian Drilling Company, covering mud tanks, structural assemblies, piping and platforms.

We engineered the system to Arabian Drilling Company's rig arrangement, setting tank capacity, pump positions and access routes to suit their operating configuration rather than a standard layout.
We held the full scope: material procurement, in-house fabrication of tanks and structural steel, piping integration, platform and access steel, and final assembly with inspection prior to release.
Tanks, Structure & Piping Under One Scope
Mud tanks
We fabricated baffled tanks from certified plate, with fittings and internal arrangements to specification.
Structural assemblies
We fabricated support steel, frames and load-bearing assemblies and trial-fitted them in our yard.
Piping
We integrated suction, discharge and transfer piping with valves and manifolds into the package.
Platforms
We built elevated working platforms, stairs, walkways and handrail systems.
Procurement
We procured certified material and equipment against the approved specification.
Quality inspection
We recorded material traceability, weld inspection and dimensional checks at each hold point.
