Drilling Rig Structures
We fabricate load-bearing rig steel — substructures, skids, platforms, access systems and pipe racks — to your project drawing, with full material traceability.
Rig structures carry load, so we do not negotiate on material control or weld quality. We trace plate and section to heat number, qualify our welders to the applicable procedures, and record dimensional inspection before release.
We trial-fit assemblies in our yard to confirm fit-up and bolt-hole alignment ahead of shipment, which removes rework from the critical path at site. We apply coating systems in-house to the specified standard.
