Cement Systems
We engineer cement storage and delivery systems for efficient handling of cement and other bulk materials at the well site, including the 1,500 BBL system we delivered.
We apply the same engineering and integration discipline to cement systems as to our mud packages, with the added demands of bulk material handling: dry-powder transfer, hopper geometry, dust control and structural loading under full charge.
We designed, fabricated and integrated our 1,500 BBL system in-house, and the quality package that went with it covered material traceability, weld inspection and function testing before release.
